Unique B&B close to A'dam next to Zaanse Schans

Unique: Apartment with B&B service Beautiful B&B close to Amsterdam and next to Zaanse Schans. On the topfloor of our own house with view on the famous windmills and the river. Only 17 minutes by train from Amsterdam. Local station 10 minutes walk. Two nice rooms, kitchen & bathroom on topfloor. We live downstairs. Great view, lots of privacy. The space OUR B&B is unique: you have your private apartment on the topfloor of our house (where we live ourselves) with all the care and attention that comes with a B&B. The apartment has 2 rooms that can accomodate 4 persons. There is a kitchen and a bathroom. Breakfast is served in our dining area downstairs or in the garden. Our rate is € 160 for 1 or 2 persons € 235 for 3 persons € 310 for 4 persons. That includes breakfast and WIFI. Cleaning fee is € 35 per booking. You also need to pay touristtax of €5,51 per person per night, to be paid directly to us at check out. IT is NOT included in the total that Airbnb charges. We do accept creditcards. We only rent the apartment to one party, be it a party of 1, 2, 3 or 4 persons. So you never have to share the place with people you do not know. No smoking, no pets. Unfortunately the rooms are not accessible for disabled people as we have no elevator. You want to enjoy Amsterdam but also relax? Do some serious sightseeing and read a book under a walnuttree on the deck? With views on working windmills? Or simply a quiet place to get some work done or write your book? Then River Garden B&B is your perfect choice! In our house from 1896 with a great garden and views on historic site Zaanse Schans, you will find an apartment on the topfloor with two comfortable rooms with historic details, a modern kitchen and a modern bathroom. Ofcourse there is free WIFI and a TV. Breakfast is served downstairs, if weather permits in the garden. We are a unique B&B: you have your private apartment in our home that we love to share with you. And we do serve you a hearty breakfast! Close to River Garden are some amazing restaurants, some of them in very old, wooden houses. Famous Zaanse Schans at the other side of the river is a 10 minutes stroll away. In high season there is a footferry that leaves close to River Garden. Ofcourse a visit to 'De Keukenhof' should be on your list. It is easy to reach in 45 minutes with public transport. The cheesemarket in Alkmaar en beautiful Haarlem are also very close and reachable by public transport. Amsterdam is really close, you walk in 10 minutes to the station and arrive in just 17 minutes at Amsterdam Central Station. And as we lived in Amsterdam ourselves for years, we can give you millions of tips for things to do and see. We can also make reservations if you wish. Guest access Breakfast is served between 8 and 10 in the beautifully decorated livingroom downstairs or outside in the garden if the weather is good. Should you wish breakfast earlier or later we can bring it to your apartment the night before. The garden is yours to enjoy with deckchairs and umbrella's. Relaxing on the deck with it's amazing view on the 7 working windmills of Zaanse Schans is an experiencing you don't want to miss! Other things to note We have 2 rooms that can accomodate 4 people. One room with double bed and one room with twinbeds. There is one bathroom that you share. You always book the B&B floor exclusively for your party, be it 1, 2, 3 or 4 persons.
