Spacious 3 bedroom Oceanside Condo in Hilton Head Resort! Located in building 1- closest building to the beach & steps to the pool! Short walk to the beach over our private boardwalk. Gated community has fantastic amenities; outdoor heated pool, indoor heated pool, hot tub, & tennis courts. Beach chairs & wagon included. Close to Kroger’s supermarket & Shelter Cove marina, shops & restaurants. Next door to Palmetto Dunes. Great for families, golf outing or girls trip! Everyone is welcome! The space We are located in highly desired Building 1 in the Hilton Head Resort. Hilton Head Resort is a gated Oceanside condo community with a 24 hour guard house located mid island and close to everything. Building 1 is the closest building to the beach and it houses our main outdoor pool (heated in the spring and fall). We are on the first floor, one floor up from ground floor, and literally a one minute walk to the pool and a 5-7 minute walk to our beautiful beach over the picturesque boardwalk. No streets to cross to get to our beautiful beach. It doesn’t get any better than this~great location, comfortable villa and close to beach!! Elevator located just down the hall. Premiere location within the resort. ABOUT OUR VILLA - Decorated and styled with a beachy flair, this 1200 sq ft villa is light and bright with all the conveniences of home. Located all on one level with all new flooring. -Beautifully remodeled kitchen with all essentials-Samsung stainless appliances, full set of pots and pans, new utensils, new dishes, new glasses to prepare meals. Drip and Keurig coffee maker, slow cooker, toaster, electric hand mixer, mixing bowls, baking pans, & blender included. Counter seating sits 4 comfortably for quick bites to eat and our spacious dining room for family meals to be enjoyed. BEDROOMS & BATHS -Master bedroom has a King size bed, dresser, flat screen TV, closet and a master bath with tub & shower. -2nd bedroom has Queen bed , dresser, closet & flat screen TV -3rd bedroom has a newer twin over twin bunk plus newer Queen bed to sleep 4 comfortably. Flat screen TV, dresser & closet too. ***NOTE***Top bunk recommended for children only due to weight restrictions. -Villa sleeps 8 comfortably, with queen sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Must bring your own linens for sofa bed. -Main bath is right across the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms with step in shower. Small capacity washer/dryer combo inside the villa and resort laundry available for larger loads. BEACH ESSENTIALS WE PROVIDE -We provide 6 beach chairs, beach wagon, boogie boards, kids shovels and buckets! You will need to bring your own beach towels. VILLA ESSENTIALS -Cable TV and free WiFi included. 50” TV in Living room & Master BR. TVS in all bedrooms. -We supply fresh sheets and bath towels, with a “starter kit” of toilet paper, roll of paper towels, soap and dishwashing soap. -Traveling with extended family? Ask us about our other Villas at the resort! -You are allowed up to 3 parking spots at the resort -No pets or animals allowed. No exceptions. -Check-ins are 24/7 service. Our front security gate is always manned so if you arrive very late-no worries! -Convenient location for PARRIS Island Marine Base activities. RESORT AMENTIES With so many amenities, you never have to leave the resort! Guests have access to all 4 buildings and amenities which include: -Building 1- Main outdoor heated pool, bar/grill for light fare and cocktails and mini convenience store. Bathrooms are by the pool. -Building 2- Sun deck, a badminton court in the interior courtyard and a serene fountain with gardens for those that want to enjoy some quiet time. -Building 3-Indoor heated Pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise room, Game room, and running track and bathrooms/showers. Amenities in Building 3 are opened year round. -Building 4- 6 lighted tennis courts, and a 2nd outdoor pool plus a Barbeque (charcoal grills) area with picnic tables. -The resort has its own private boardwalk to our gorgeous beach, our own Coco's bar and grill located right on the beach to get drinks while your on the beach, and a volley ball area. Coco’s also has bathrooms. -Bring your Bikes or rent them on-site at our resort. -The Beach Bear, our pool bar/restaurant and Coco’s beach bar and grill are opened seasonally from March-October. -Seasonal Golf cart shuttle that runs regularly from March-September to the beach if you don’t feel like walking on our nature filled boardwalk. -Grills and picnic tables are available to use by building 4, just bring you charcoal and supplies. -We supply 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and a beach wagon for our guests to use that is stored in our outdoor Beach storage locker. We do not supply beach towels or beach umbrellas. Guest access Guests have free access to the entire Resort and all its amenities. Guests given access to our Beach storage unit where our beach chairs & beach wagon are stored. *Owner’s closet is not accessible to guests located in the dining room. Other things to note -Guests must be 21 years or older to rent our villa. NO Exceptions. -Resort Rules- There is absolutely no animals allowed in our villa/Resort, so please don't ask us to bend the rules as we cannot or not allowed to do so. -This is a No Smoking Villa! -Trailers, boats, commercial vehicles, etc., are NOT permitted to be parked on the property overnight. Remember, you are renting a condo, not a hotel room. The Villa is clean and tidy upon your arrival and we provide clean sheets, bath towels, a starter supply of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, and dishwashing soap, so plan accordingly. We have Krogers supermarket a mile away if you need to buy additional items. We have beach chairs and beach toys for you to use, just bring your own beach towels. **please use coasters on all surfaces/tables.
