Sant' Andrea Cotoncello: House with amazing sea view and garden

The closest beach is Cotoncello (400 mt.) which can be easily reached on foot from the municipal road and then on a path. It is a small free sandy beach suitable for children surrounded by granite rocks. The beach of Sant'Andrea equipped with umbrellas and boat, dinghy and canoe rental, is about 1 km from the house following the asphalt road or internal paths in about 15 minutes. For those arriving by car, the house has a private parking.
