It's a contemporary modern home in a private subdivision about four miles south of Lewisburg, PA and Bucknell University and 10 miles north of Susquehanna University. Convenient to local attractions, eateries, parks, and bike paths. The space Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. The owners will not be present. The ground floor has a fully-equipped spacious, modern kitchen plus a full dining room, living room, family room with cable TV (Netflix and Amazon Prime), the outside deck and all patio furnishings including a fire pit and propane grill. Note the Zen garden featuring a water fountain in the completely private backyard patio. The front deck also has a seating area with a recliner to enjoy the morning sun. The first floor also features a half bath/powder room. On the second level, you have access to three sleeping spaces. Bedroom 1 features a Sleep Comfort Queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. The third sleeping space is the sun room, ideal for guests who love light and like to get up with the sun. It's like sleeping in a tree house. It features a sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. The sunroom is separated from bedroom 2 by a set of double pocket doors. Each bedroom has its own entrance for complete privacy. The second floor bathroom is modern and roomy with a shower-tub and is equipped with all toiletries for your convenience. . Guest access Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of the first floor bedroom where the owners keep their personal possessions. Otherwise, the entire house is available for enjoyment, including the fully-equipped modern kitchen, dining room, living room, family room with TV, the outside deck and all furnishings including a fire pit and propane grill. High speed wi-fi works throughout the house. The kitchen is sunny and modern with every appliance. You will have room in the Sub Zero refrigerator for your use. You can also use the washer and drier at no extra charge in the utility room. In addition to the full bathroom on the upper level, you also have access to a half bath on the first level. The garage accommodates two cars which may or may not be occupied by the owner's vehicles. Other things to note The garage There is an attached two-car garage. We can arrange for you to have the code to access the garage. Note the house is up a steep driveway. There is plenty of parking up the driveway by the house. We have a snow service to remove snow as needed. Sometimes the driveway can be slippery in the snow. In the winter, we recommend that guests have a four-wheel drive vehicle as the steep roads in the neighborhood will get icy.
