This home is located in the heart of Augusta, Georgia. It is directly adjacent to the Augusta National Golf Course and in very close proximity to the Augusta Country Club, Augusta University, Medical School and Dental School, and the Historic Downtown Augusta. Walking distance to Augusta National Gold Course and Augusta Country Club. Located in a very quiet neighborhood. Quiet hours start at 10PM and no parties of any type are allowed at the property. The house has a pool table, shuffle table and Pingpong table with some other small games. There is a barbecue grill that you can use in the backyard. If you decide to use the grill, please clean it afterwards. Large backyard, but please respect the property of neighbors properties. Parking is allowed on the driveway and the street. Do not park or drive on the grass, quiet hours after 10pm. Please let me know what activities you will have and how many people will come as required before the reservation.
