The Lake House of our family’s dreams! & We hope you love it just as much as we do. Private 3 Bedroom/ 2 Bath with an open floor plan to include living and dining areas. Stocked kitchen with coffee/tea area. Screened back porch overlooking Lake Martin and tons of patio space with a propane fire pit! Private dock, zero entry swim area, Peninsula with fire pit & swings, 2 kayaks, stand up paddle board, hot tub, & much more! Great fishing too! Very Convenient to 280! Approx. 26 miles to Auburn! The space Private with lots of woods and water! You’ll feel like you’re out in the sticks, but you’ll actually be in fairly close proximity to town. Our property is directly on the water and includes a beautiful peninsula. We have a neighbor’s home on one side of us, but the other side is uninhabited and secluded. It’s the perfect area to paddle board, kayak, fish, or float. So peaceful! Guest access You will have access to the storage shed closest to the house. We have life jackets of various sizes, floats, fish nets, etc. Other things to note Our WiFi is the best available. We recently installed Starlink! So far, it’s been amazing. Our pontoon boat is parked in the middle of the dock, but another 2 boats can be tied and parked to the side. No pets!
