Your apartment is spacious (70m2 living), bright, and completely private on the first floor. You will have one bedroom with comfortable boxsprings, a 40m2 open plan living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and you have a private balcony (10m2) that overlooks the marina and the water. Bedroom: 2x singles (80*200, can easily be pushed together) ➤ Please note: exterior painting works are being carried out at the resort from September 14 through approximately mid-October (weather dependent). Scaffolding will be in place and may affect the view for residents and guests. On occasion, workers may need brief access to your garden/balcony, and on days with bad weather, painters may work on guest front doors instead — we appreciate your understanding.
