Surroundings: The apartment is idyllically located on the outskirts of the beautiful climatic health resort of Burg. The Kiel Canal is within walking distance and invites you to take long walks or bike rides. The view of the canal and the Hochdonner railway bridge is beautiful. The forest around Burg is partly used by the Forest Museum. There are two forest history plantations and a rock garden with boulders from ice age debris. On the street Am Papenknüll is a recultivated heath area with Bronze Age burial mounds. It has been recognized by the Schleswig-Holstein Ministry of the Environment as a natural experience space. The North Sea/beaches are about 18 km away. In addition to an impressive landscape, Burg also offers a lot of culinary delights. It is only a few minutes' walk to the town center with shopping and restaurants.
