The Modern House is one of the 3 houses of the Villa complex on Kalwa. The cottage with a terrace and garden is an ideal leisure space for people who appreciate active relaxation surrounded by nature. Due to the quiet area and picturesque views, we are convinced that this is where you will feel rested. The cottage is located 50 meters from our beach with a beach volleyball court. Numerous attractions can diversify your stay: you can use a boat, a pedal boat and a kayak on site. In addition, for lovers of land activities, there are: stationary bicycles, a beach volleyball court, and in the neighboring resort, billiards, bowling and a horse riding area. In the wider area (25 minutes by car) you can play paintball or rent quads at the Bartbo Active Amusement Park. There is also something for gourmets - in season, delicious and fresh breakfasts are available at the neighboring Panorama Guest House, regional dishes at the nearby Dom pod Kogutem, unique Italian pizza at Family Pizza Truck, the nearby Olsztyn restaurant "Cudne Manowce" and "Przystań", as well as local products, i.e. naturally smoked Masurian fish, honey, liqueurs and farm eggs. The area is beautiful, green and typically Masurian - a lake, nearby forests, lots of nature and greenery. We recommend the nearby canoe trips on picturesque rivers (including the Marózka and Kośna rivers). In terms of infrastructure, within a 5-minute drive there is a Biedronka store, Dino and an Orlen gas station, as well as a local store open on weekends and holidays, a 15-minute walk from the cottage.
