Garden Skjær is located by Lærdalselvi, with nice hiking opportunities both along the river, in the surrounding mountains, and the popular Kongevegen not far away. From the yard you can see the hiking destination Torstein. 3 km to Lærdalsøyri. The space NB: Bed linen (sheets, duvet and pillow covers) and towels can be brought or rented here for NOK 100 per person. The house has two bathrooms, one on each floor. The bathroom downstairs is new in 2015, with shower cabin and washing machine, while the bathroom upstairs is of older vintage, with bathtub. The kitchen is large and well equipped, and is located next to the dining room and living room with sofa and television. The bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, with comfortable new beds.
