The AJAX: Convenient Backyard

The home is located in a convenient and quiet Lynnwood residential neighborhood. Alderwood Mall, Lynnwood Event Center, grocery stores, restaurants, public transportation, I-5 and I-405 are just minutes away. New Lynnwood Light rail station connects to UW, downtown Seattle, SeaTac airport and many cities in Greater Seattle areas. Downtown Bellevue and Everett are about 15 miles away. Great for a family, a couple, solo adventurers, or business travelers. The space The space is a two opened (no door) bedrooms mother-in-law apartment in the ground level of a house. This cute home has two queen beds. It can accommodate up to 3 people. In addition, the home has a dinning table, four chairs, a 50 inches smart TV, a kitchen, and Wi-Fi internet access. The kitchen area has a stove/oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Plates, bowls, forks, spoons, cups, knifes, kitchen towels etc. are provided. Shampoo and clean bath towels are provided. The place has a large and grassy back-yard. Guest access The place is in a multiple Airbnb listings building. You will have full access to the entire place through a private entrance door. You also have additional access to the back-yard. If you stay more than 3 days, you can access to a shared laundry room in a building nearby. Please ask for access code and instructions if you need to use the shared laundry room. The access code will be provided before the check in time. Other things to note Is your group larger than this home will accommodate? We can host up to *50* guests across our portfolio with all homes located within the same blocks!
