The house also has its own jetty. The space From the apartment you are right on the beach after a few meters. Many of the guests use this to leave the apartment before breakfast in swimwear and to take their laps in the lake - mostly in complete loneliness, since the Timmel Sea is not overcrowded by tourists. From the terrace you can look directly at the water and watch the fishing and sailing boats on the Timmel Sea. In the immediate vicinity is the paddle and pedal station, where kayaks and canoes can be rented for a trip through the waterways of East Frisia. On land, the holiday areas can be explored particularly well by bike. There are numerous cycling routes to choose from here due to the idyllic landscape of East Frisia. The apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building and is well equipped. Towels, sheets and bikes are provided for your stay. Guest access As a guest, all the apartment with garden and boat dock is available to you. The apartment has its own parking as well as parking for bicycles. You also have the opportunity to use the washing machine and dryer in the basement and have access to the bike cellar, where the bikes belonging to the apartment are also housed. Other things to note Pets allowed and no smoking inside the apartment. Please use the garden/terrace to smoke.
