Clean space right in town!

A nice getaway that's conveniently located in the middle of town for easy access of many stores and restaurants within walking distance- without the chaos of being in an inner city. The space Clean and friendly. I am doing a bit of remodeling here and there, but always clean up before guests arrive. The house is old and full of character, a little potential dust here and there, but taken care of. Other things to note There's a 20 dollar per hour late checkout fee, the latest checkout being 3. There are two driveways for parking access. The front is shared, and can accommodate one vehicle. The back is private and can accommodate up to 3 vehicles, if needed. I have an air conditioner for the upstairs bedroom available in the summer, as central air does not travel as fast upstairs as it does down stairs. there is a shoe rack to the right of the front door for shoes, as well as hard flooring in the entry way, please do not wear shoes on the carpet. If carpets are soiled, there will be an extra cleaning fee depending on severity.
