The kitchen is kept clean and must be left in the condition you found it. We have a 100% bug-free environment and want to always keep it that way. Fresh bed linens & bath towels provided. Guest access Safe elevated doorman building in great mixed residential neighborhood. This is an older building WITH A SLOW ELEVATOR that works well - we are on the third floor, therefore walking up is an option if you don't like elevators. If you do not like older buildings, do NOT book with me. What I am providing to you is a space within my apartment - I do not have control over the outer environs. We are 1 block away from diverse neighborhood restaurants and the Key Food supermarket, as well as a food-coop for organic and holistic offerings. Q and B trains are 2 minutes away N.B. LAUNDROMAT IS LOCATED 1 BLOCK AWAY (washer/dryer NOT available in apartment) Close proximity to the Brooklyn public library, the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, and downtown Brooklyn - a mere ten to fifteen minutes away by train or bus. PROSPECT PARK - if you like the park, historic Prospect Park is only 10-15 minutes walk away. Driving into Manhattan can take as little as 15 minutes - longer if there is traffic, but who drives into Manhattan? 😊 PARKING: We have alternate parking rules in our neighborhood on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 11.30am to 1pm. There is free parking in the streets, and parking can get challenging late at nights, however with planning this is not problematic. During your stay I will be available to answer any questions you have, in person, or by text and/or telephone, at all times. Always remember - there are no foolish questions. I cannot read your mind, so you must let me know if you need my help with anything. I will always do my best to accommodate you. Other things to note The apartment is quiet, clean and pleasant. The building abuts a side street which is fairly busy. Therefore when the windows are open, we hear the traffic and voices from passersby and passing motor vehicles - this is Brooklyn - however, it is not disruptive. I am ALWAYS available to answer your questions and promise to do whatever I can to make your stay a pleasant and hassle free one. In the unlikely event an issue should arise (ANY ISSUE), you MUST let me know ASAP, as I will never be able to read your mind. And I will endeavor to resolve that issue expediently.
