The apartment 'La Marie' (very small 1 room apartment / max. 1 person) is located in the Großdeinbach district, in Schwäbisch Gmünd. In the basement of the same house is the "Bäckerei Eckert". Here you can quickly stock up on fresh, fragrant pastries without having to walk far! A few meters away there are banks, a grocery store, hairdresser, inn and the bus stop. Thanks to the very good connection to the expressway (B29), you can also get to Stuttgart quickly. The space Since this is a district of Schwäbisch Gmünd, the location is rather quiet. To reach the 1-room apartment, you will need to climb approx. 12 stairs. The residential unit is located in the house and has its own entrance. The toilet is outside the room in the hallway. The room has a small folding table. A TV with DVD player. The small kitchen is equipped with cooking and dining utensils, a hob (ceramic hob), bed (90 x 200) and a shower (70 x 70). Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note As standard, we provide our guests with bed linen, towels and shower towels as well as all necessary kitchen utensils. Upon arrival, toilet paper and garbage bags are always available for the first few days. If more is needed than is available, our guests will get it themselves.
