The villa is located 100 meters from the sea; 1 km from the marina of Perd'e Sali; about 2 km from Pula (the main tourist center of southern Sardinia). In the village there is a riding school, soccer field and tennis court. 10 minutes by car are the beautiful beaches of Santa Margherita di Pula and Chia; while 20 minutes away is Tuerredda beach.
