Offa Hideaway is very comfortable, & close to everything Leamington has to offer. Enjoy surprising peace just 15 minutes' walk from the centre of town. Your room has an ensuite, double bed with Vispring mattress, table, TV, wifi, kitchenette (microwave, hot plates, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, fridge) and storage. Tea, coffee & basic breakfast (bread, butter, jam, muesli), linen & towels are provided. If you would like extra breakfast items for small additional charge, please let me know. The space Since moving here, we have been improving the house and the annexe, and are now busy transforming the very sunny garden from a wasteland to a sanctuary for you to enjoy. Within easy walk you will also find parks, cafes, bars, cool live music venues, theatres and cinemas. Leamington has so much to offer, and it will all be on your doorstep. Guest access As well as your comfortable annexe, you are welcome to sit out in the garden, too - your own table and chairs are right outside. You have cooking facilities in the annexe, including hot plates and slow cooker, but if you need an oven, you have access to the fully equipped dining kitchen in the house at any time on request. Free parking is available either on the drive or on the street. Other things to note We have adopted one 14 year old cat. She had been abandoned, and can play 'shy' but really loves being fussed. A well behaved assistance dog is welcome - please let me know if you are bringing one.
