Self contained 1 bed annexe, ensuite, own entrance

Offa Hideaway is very comfortable, & close to everything Leamington has to offer. Enjoy surprising peace just 15 minutes' walk from the centre of town. Your room has an ensuite, double bed with Vispring mattress, table, TV, wifi, kitchenette (microwave, hot plates, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, fridge) and storage. Tea, coffee & basic breakfast (bread, butter, jam, muesli), linen & towels are provided. If you would like a fuller supply of breakfast items at a small extra charge, please ask. The space Since moving here in 2017, I have been improving the house and the annexe, and I am now busy transforming my very sunny garden from a wasteland to a sanctuary for you to enjoy. Guest access As well as your comfortable annexe, you are welcome to sit out in the garden, too - your own table and chairs are right outside. You have cooking facilities in the annexe, including hot plates and slow cooker, but if you need an oven, you have access to the fully equipped dining kitchen in the house at any time on request. Parking is available either on my drive or on the street. Other things to note I have adopted one 12 year old cat. She had been abandoned, and can play 'shy' but really loves being fussed. A well behaved assistance dog is welcome - please let me know if you are bringing one.
