The spacious apartment is a short distance from Amsterdam (20 minutes by train ) and offers many opportunities to explore various places and cities due to its close location near the train station (15 min walk making, a total 35 min to Amsterdam) In the after hours you have a excellent place to stay the evening and enjoy a night Netflix and prepare self-made premium dinner in the kitchen with a good red wine. There’s plenty to do inside and around the apartment within the Amsterdam Region. The space We have a hall, bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a practical but spacious living room with two extra beds for a third and fourth person. There is a complete (basic) kitchen with crockery, pans, etc. There is a dining area and large corner sofa to relax in the evening and enjoy an evening of netflix. The apartment provides a private bathroom, equipped with toilet and shower. The supermarket is just around the corner and the shopping street with several large chain stores is a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment. the "Zaanse Hoek" provides extra cosiness and boasts various restaurants for good food at a 10 minute walk. Guest access All of the apartment is yours to use privateley. There’s camera security control on the perimeter to make sure everything is safe during day and night. There are private parking spots located at the front of the building. Please don’t try to set temperature and don’t use the radiator knob (as it will reset). We have no (gas) specific restrictions anymore however and set temperature at a comfortable 22 degrees. During the day and night it will be around 18 degrees as people are out or can get cozy underneath their sheets. Cleaning: Has a tight schedule and starts at 10.00 clock on the morning on day of check-out. If you wish to check out late best to book a additional night.
