Set right in the centre of Riverstown this semi-detached cottage with off-road parking is fully self-contained with everything you need for your stay! Only 15 mins from Sligo town 25 mins from Carrick on Shannon and 15 mins from Coolaney National Mountain bike park. Shop's and pub's and parks are less than 3 mins walk. A fabulous base to explore the mountains, beaches and loughs nearby. The space The cottage is light and modern with central heating so it's warm and cosy. There Is a well-equipped kitchen with a washer-dryer. microwave electric oven and hob and fridge/freezer. The sitting room is a very comfortable with a corner sofa that is also a large double bed with a flat-screen 38inch tv and an electric log burner for cosy nights in. The bedroom has a double bed a bunk bed and there is still room for a cot should you need it. There is an outdoor patio area and garden with a large off-road parking area for your car. Local shops and pubs less then 3 minutes walk away and sligo folk park 2 minutes. there are 2 takeaway food shops less then 2 minutes away. Yes we are right in the centre o the village! There is an electricity meter in the cottage it operates with 1 and 2 euro coins and runs all the electrical appliances.
