Cottage with large garden "La Kaz à Houlle"

Beautiful wooden chalet located near the marsh, in a quiet and green location. Ideal for beautiful walks, nature lovers and fishermen. The chalet has a garden enclosed by hedges and gates, private parking, 2 terraces, one sheltered, the other with a retractable awning. The cottage is located 10 minutes from Saint Omer, 30 minutes from the Côte d'Opale/Calais/Dunkirk/Bergues and 1 hour 20 minutes from Bruges. The space With a capacity of 1 to 4 people, the cottage has a large bright living room, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare good meals, a bathroom with a large shower and a washing machine. Two bedrooms are available: one with a double bed on the ground floor and a second bedroom with 2 single beds upstairs. The cottage is suitable for children and infants. We provide on request a baby bed (mattress and sheets), a high chair, a changing mat and a bathtub. Safety gates are installed at the bottom and top of the stairs. Beds are prepared for guests to check in. Each guest will have a large bath towel for their stay. The outdoor area is equipped with a barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs, available from April 1st to September 30th. A low lounge is arranged on the sheltered terrace throughout the year. A space for your bikes is available and secure. Other things to note The property is completely non-smoking. No parties or events are allowed. We do not charge a cleaning fee, however we want guests to return the property in good condition.
