In the living room, there is a cozy sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed. In front of it, a fireplace provides crackling, cozy evenings. The HD flat-screen TV has all the popular TV programs. Here guests can also log in with their own Amazon Prime and Netflix access. Fast Internet guarantees a carefree movie night as well as working on the laptop. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, spices, tea, etc.) and offers enough space to cook together. In total, there are 5 sleeping places: In the bedroom there is a double bed, on the gallery two single beds and the couch in the living room can also be converted into a sleeping area. The spiral staircase also has a stair gate for toddlers at the top. Families can feel completely comfortable and enjoy their time together on vacation. From Üttfeld you can quickly and comfortably reach the impressive excursion destinations of the Eifel (Bitburg, the Nürburgring, Manderscheid, Maare...) by car. And for hiking and cycling in front of fantastic scenery, you don't have to do much more than just go outside. Guest access Opposite the apartment is the former hen house, which can be used by guests. It offers not only a table tennis table for playing, but also a lockable storage facility for bicycles and/or motorcycles. Children can also play wonderfully in the large adjoining garden - or they can go directly to the playground right next door (across the street).
