INTERNAL REGULATIONS OF THE "IL LAGHETTO" VACATION HOME Welcome to our facility! Casa Vacanza Il Laghetto is happy to host you! For a pleasant and safe stay, it is good to know the rules of the internal regulations of the houses. For any further information, please contact the house representatives with confidence. Il Laghetto is exclusively reserved for guests occupying the apartments: access to unauthorized persons is therefore prohibited; visits by any external guests must be approved in advance by the Management. - You can take possession of the housing unit after 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and you must leave it free by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. - Each guest is required to keep their personal belongings and valuables left in the apartment; the owner is not responsible for their unfortunate theft. - Each guest is responsible for their behavior in the house and in the surrounding area and, in the event of accidents attributable to them, will be asked to pay damages. - The tenant is given the keys to the entire structure, in case of loss and/or deterioration of the same, the landlord and/or person in charge must be promptly notified, any costs of replacing the locks and/or rebuilding them will be charged to the tenant. - Before leaving your apartment, you are kindly requested to lock the door and windows, close the umbrella, turn off the lights and all electrical appliances (TV, air conditioner, stove...) and close the water taps. - The owner of the property has the right, in the absence of the guest and in special circumstances, to enter the apartment to avoid the occurrence of possible damage or danger. The owner is required to promptly inform the guest of their entry into the apartment/room. - Any disturbing noise is prohibited from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. - It is possible to use equipment and appliances that are not an integral part of the apartment's offer only with the permission of the landlord. - Pets are not allowed. - In the event of loss or damage to the apartment and park facilities, furniture, appliances or equipment, the guest is required to notify the landlord without delay. If the loss or damage is attributable to the guest's fault, the guest will be required to pay compensation equal to the value of the lost object or damage caused. - It is strictly forbidden to remove appliances or parts of the equipment supplied (towels, blankets and the like) from the apartment/room. - Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartments. - The property is equipped with a video surveillance system that records Other things to note We have an agreement with "Bar I' Pala 2.0" located 300 meters from the property.
