The space Built in the fishing village of Milatos Beach (Analiphi), by the beach –literally right on the seafront- our luxurious beach house is ideal for people who want to live and experience Greece and seek a private space in which to have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday experience. Your beach house is 25 sq.m and is traditionally built (with 60cm thick stone walls). It is fully renovated in modern style, offering luxury and comfort. It consists of an open-plan bedroom, kitchen and a spacious bathroom. It is furnished with new, functional, modern style furniture (a double bed, bedside tables and convenient wardrobe). There is a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, electric hobs and oven, a microwave oven, all the necessary appliances: toaster, coffee maker, kettle, iron / ironing board, hair dryer, blender, plates set, cutlery, all the necessary kitchen utensils etc.). There is a free wi fi connection, a new technology television set and an ultra quiet air conditioner. There is hot water (solar panels) available, but also instant electric water heaters. Free linens / towels / blankets are provided and there is free parking on the street in frond of the property. Cold table water and orange juice, tea, coffee and olive oil from our trees are offered to our guests, with no extra charge. There is a private separate veranda, equipped with suitable garden furniture. The house is built amidst a lush garden of 350 m2 , with a towering palm tree, fresh climbing vines, colourful flowers and two gazebos furnished with tables and chairs for the guests. Additionally our guest can use for free the washing machine (it's in the main building-outside your room), the BBQ and the outdoor shower. There is a space with umbrellas and sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing. Feel the warmth of the sun, sunbathing in our unique garden, accompanied by the sound of the waves! The house is located by the square, on the coastal road and in frond of the main beach, a few meters away from supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops, suvenirs shops, bus/taxi stop, picturesque beaches and within walking distance (less than 1 km) from the traditional village of Milatos. It is set in the "right" distance from the famous tourist resorts of the area (far enough to maintain the necessary tranquillity and close enough so you can easily visit them by car, bike or on foot). It is ideally situated for easy access to popular tourist resorts, archaeological sites and areas of historical interest. Guest access Your studio has its own main entrance and a private patio furnished with garden furniture. You have free access to our lovely garden and in both kiosks, which are furnished with tables and chairs. You can also freely use the washing masching to wash your own clothes, the sun umbrellas, sun lodeungers, the BBQ and the outdoor shower. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and on the beach. Other things to note You can enjoy sea and sun and endless hours of swimming in crystal clear waters. In front of the "Beach House" is the pebbled beach of “Volia”, with crystal clear waters and spectacular sunrise and sunset over the sea. Within walking distance (less than 3 minutes walk) is the sandy beach "Limani", with the always calm waters (ideal for young children). And when you come to Milatos, do not forget to ask us about ... the hidden beach of “Aspa”! In the village, but from the sea, you can enjoy traditional recipes of Cretan cuisine and fresh fish at the nearby seaside taverns. And of course nice walks in the traditional village, with its narrow streets and courtyards full of flowers.
