"BEACH HOUSE", by the sea

There is new, functional furniture, a fully equipped kitchen and a private patio overlooking the sea/garden. The space Built in the fishing village of Milatos beach (Analipsi), next to the beach - literally a few steps from the sea - our luxurious beach house is ideal for people who want to live and get to know Crete and are looking for a private space for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday experience. Your beach house is 25 sq.m. and is traditionally built (with 60 cm thick stone walls). It is fully renovated in a modern style, offering luxury and comfort. It consists of a single bedroom, kitchen and a spacious bathroom. It is furnished with new, functional, modern furniture (double bed, bedside tables and a convenient wardrobe). There is a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, electric stove and oven, microwave, all necessary electrical appliances: toaster, coffee maker, kettle, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, blender, set of plates, cutlery, all necessary cooking utensils, etc.). There is free WiFi, a new technology TV and an extremely quiet air conditioner. Hot water is available (solar panels), but also electric water heaters. Free bed linen/towels/blankets are provided every third day and there is free parking on the street in front of the property. We offer our guests cool table water and orange juice, tea, coffee, cakes and olive oil from our trees, at no extra charge. There is a private, separate outdoor area, equipped with appropriate garden furniture (sofa, table, dining table). The house is built in a lush 350 m2 garden, with towering palm trees, climbing plants, colorful flowers and two gazebos furnished with tables and chairs for guests. In addition, our guest can use the washing machine, barbecue and outdoor shower for free. There is an area with umbrellas and sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxation. Feel the warmth of the sun, sunbathing in our unique garden, accompanied by the sound of the waves! The house is located next to the square, on the coastal road and in front of the central beach, a few meters away from supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops, bus/taxi stop, picturesque beaches and within walking distance (less than 1 km) from the traditional village of Milatos. It is located at the "right" distance from the famous tourist resorts of the area (far enough to maintain the necessary tranquility and close enough to visit them easily by car, bike or on foot). It is ideally located for easy access to popular tourist resorts, archaeological sites and areas of historical interest. Guest access The "Beach House" has its own main entrance and a private patio furnished with garden furniture. You have free access to our lovely garden and the two green gazebos, which are furnished with tables and chairs. You can also wash your clothes for free in the washing machine, use the garden umbrellas, sun loungers, BBQ and outdoor shower for free. Free Wi-Fi in all areas of the property and on the beach. Also free parking, on the street in front of the property. Other things to note You can enjoy endless hours of swimming in crystal clear waters. In front of the "Beach House" is the pebbly beach 'Volia' with blue waters and impressive sunrise and sunset over the sea. Within walking distance (less than 3 minutes on foot) is the sandy beach "Limani", with all calm waters (ideal for young children). And when you come to Milatos, don't forget to ask us about the... hidden beach of "Asa"! In the village, apart from the sea, you can also enjoy traditional Cretan cuisine and fresh fish in the nearby seaside taverns. And of course beautiful walks in the traditional village, with the narrow streets and the flower-filled courtyards.
