Jott's Cottage is a beautifully converted dairy and milking parlour built in 1800 of brick & flint in the traditional Norfolk style. It is a spacious, romantic retreat, which has been sympathetically and stylishly restored and upgraded to a very high and comfortable standard. The space It is suitable for one or two people who wish to explore Norfolk from its central location in comfort & privacy. We welcome everyone from all over the world. Note that the price is inclusive of cleaning, many extras are included and no hidden charges. Guest access You arrive at Jott's Cottage along a private lane. The cottage stands within its own beautiful, private garden with ample parking. Through the front door, you enter a spacious and charming kitchen in contemporary country style with all modern conveniences. All other rooms lead off of the hub of the kitchen. The bedroom is large, with its original beamed, vaulted ceiling. The hotel superking bed can also be made up as large twins if preferred. In the luxury bathroom is a double ended claw foot bath. This room and the kitchen, were designed and installed by a leading Norfolk design company. A beamed, vaulted ceiling sitting room complete with two fabulous sofas, wood burning stove in a feature brick fireplace, large flatscreen TV with full Sky package, Netflix & board games ensure a cosy stay. There is modern full LPG central heating, and hot water on demand. Luxury bedding, towels, WiFi, artwork and vintage touches complete the unique interior of this destination rental. A generous 'welcome pack' awaits you on arrival with more than enough provisions for your first breakfast and some home made & local goodies for your stay. Guests can use the entire space, including the garden. There is ample space to park in front of the cottage. Perfect for a long weekend, midweek break or longer. Minimum stay 5 nights. Other things to note No pets and no smoking or vaping please. There is no street lighting. There are automatic external lights which can be used to gain access to the property at night. The property is accessed via a short, private road. This is well maintained and accessible to all vehicles. Please note that we cannot accommodate pets in Jott's Cottage. The cottage is furnished and designed as an adult space & is not particularly child friendly. There are no special child safety features on the cupboards or for the fire for example. The whole area is non smoking.
