Our Villa Agia Portaitissa is a wonderful detached house recently built and includes the following: 2 bedrooms, one can be used as a children's bedroom with the capacity of an additional bed. A large living room with sofa bed, TV with digital receiver and dvd player. A kitchen dining room handmade by the owner himself. Two bathrooms, one downstairs with bathroom and laundry as well as an ensuite bathroom upstairs to the bedroom with shower. All wooden furniture is handcrafted by the owner himself. All ground floor windows are closed with electric sliding rolls. Our space has oil heating as well as air conditioning. The space Villa Agia Portaitissa is a dreamy location in Nea Kerasounta and is only 10 minutes away from the city of Arta. In our property there is the church known as Agia Porteitissa.
