Welcome to the Pfauennest – your cozy temporary home in a quiet suburb of Neuwied. Whether you want to spend a few relaxing days, are traveling for work, attending an event or looking for practical accommodation as a fitter – you are welcome here all year round. The space The apartment offers a pleasant retreat with its furnishings and cozy ambience, but is not barrier-free. Shopping facilities such as bakeries, butchers, discount stores or drugstores can be reached in a few minutes by car. The nearby industrial area and the city center of Neuwied can also be easily reached by car in less than 15 minutes. The non-smoking apartment is spread over two floors and offers enough space to feel good on around 90 m². On the ground floor you will find a modern equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and other useful appliances. A separate dining room, a cozy living room and a guest toilet with an integrated washing machine complete the space in the lower area. Upstairs you will find a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer and a sunny terrace overlooking the garden – a beautiful place to relax. Families are welcome here: For small children, we provide a crib and high chair on request, for older children, an additional bed can be added. Pets are also welcome to bring along. A separate parking space for your vehicle is available, and bicycles brought along can be safely stored in the garage. The Pfauennest offers you a pleasant mix of tranquility, comfort and good accessibility – we are looking forward to welcoming you soon! Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance. Other things to note In 10-15 minutes, guests can walk to the nearest shops, such as the bakery, butcher, discount store and drugstore. Within 10-15 minutes you can reach the nearby industrial area of Neuwied by car as quickly as the city center of Neuwied itself.
