The Shepherds Hut at Stillington Mill, N Yorkshire

A beautiful, cosy Shepherd's Hut, set in the grounds of an 18th Century former Water Mill, surrounded by green, peaceful countryside! Complete with all the modern comforts for a special holiday or mini adventure. The space A glampers paradise - This is a unique hideaway where you can relax in peaceful surroundings and get back to nature. It is decorated in a vintage style, with many comforts such as the wood burning stove and kitchenette. Alongside the Shepherds Hut camping is also possible. Guest access Guests will have use of the Shepherd's Hut and adjacent campfire and BBQ facilities. Feel free to walk the grounds - there is a lovely mill pond and a small island to explore. There are river views along with seating areas to relax and view the varied wildlife. A shower and separate eco compost toilet are next to the Shepherds Hut. Please note that in more extreme weather conditions, alternative showering facilities are available. Other things to note Another part of the site houses a lovely small holiday cottage and also a small barn seating area.
