Spacious loft flat just outside Chipping Norton

A spacious light airy flat in a quiet area of the Cotswolds a 10 minute walk from Chipping Norton town centre. Flat is well equipped. There is a separate bedroom and it has a king size bed. We use various sets of bedding throughout the year all chosen for your comfort and with good design. This is a non smoking property so if you smoke please do not book. The WiFi signal is excellent. Please note check in is between 3pm and 6 pm. I am unable to leave a key out. The space Not suitable for those with mobility issue.Suitable for one person or two people. There is one king size bed. Guest access The guest accesses the entry hall and their own private front door. I live next door and I’m available for any advice on the local area or any issues but I do not socialise with my guests. The flat is private and I respect my guests privacy. Other things to note Because of stairs the flat is not suitable for those with mobility issues or those in a wheelchair. The central heating is on 1 st November until 1st April each year. The radiators should provide adequate warmth and there are thermometers within the property. It is usually at a comfortable 20 degrees C. The heating is on 730am -10am approx and 4 pm until 10pm approximately. If you wish to rent extra PAT tested electric heating from me you can at a rent of £2.50 per 24 hours or part thereof. This is to cover any extra electricity used especially. All electrical heaters in the flat must be PAT tested.
