Capel House Annexe

Capel House Annexe is a modern, completely self contained annexe, with own kitchen, lounge, master bedroom and shower/wet room. It has a balcony with view over garden and woodland beyond - not overlooked by main property or others. Situated in Claxton, just 6 miles SE of Norwich, its a quiet village, about 3/4 mile from the River Yare with great walking right on the doorstep - quick and easy access straight onto the marshes and Wherrymans way. Off road parking in front of property. The space The Annexe is self contained - there is one communal door that will remain locked that accesses a conservatory but not the main house. WIFI is available and there is a TV/DVD in both the bedroom and lounge. As the owners we are a couple with a son and a small dog that you may hear bark sometimes in the day but not at night. Excellent walking, running and bird watching from the door and route maps are available within. Guest access Parking space available to guests on the shared Driveway, directly in front of the property, off the road. Easy access into Norwich. A second parking space can be made available subject to prior arrangement. We ask that you park in front of the annexe door allowing enough room for a car either side.
