Apartment of 106 qm on first floor of lovley Art Nouveau villa with period features, furnished in a modernist style. 1 eat in kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 large living room, 2 bedrooms, one of which is for children with a bunk bed, and 1 smaller study with access from both the master bedroom and the living room. Shared use of garden (tenants do gardening work jointly). Playground in large square in front of the house. Parking in the square. Near station (10 min walking)/schools/supermarket The space master bedroom with bed 160x200 cm children's bedroom with bunk bed for 2 kids Other things to note Since the apartment is setup for a family with max. 2 kids and furnished accordingly we do not host groups of adults. There's two more families with kids living in the house, so families are the best fit overall, but we have also hosted couples of all ages :-). Everybody in the house is nice and respectful with each other.
