With its stunning gilt picture window, this charming cottage offers a unique and memorable stay for your holiday. Boasting six en-suite bedrooms, Harthill Barn comfortably accommodates 12 adults and 4 children under the age of 8. Its distinctive upside down layout ensures breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, making it an ideal retreat for nature enthusiasts and tranquility seekers. On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming entrance leading to Bedroom 3, a tastefully furnished double bedroom with a TV and en-suite shower room. Adjacent is Bedroom 4, offering a choice of a king or twin bed setup, complete with a TV and en-suite shower room. Bedroom 5 features a luxurious super king or twin bed option, TV, and en-suite shower room. Additionally, Bedroom 6 presents a king or twin bed configuration, TV, en-suite shower room, and bunk beds specially provided for children under 8 years old (prior request required). For added convenience, a boot room with an extra fridge freezer is available, ensuring ample storage space for your provisions. The cottage also boasts a delightful games room, equipped with a folding table tennis table, table football and arcade game, as well as a monitor. This versatile space can be utilized for entertaining dinner parties, and banquet tables and chairs are thoughtfully provided. Step outside onto the terrace, accessible via an open treaded staircase, where you can bask in the splendid countryside vistas. The terrace features outdoor furniture, perfect for unwinding, and an inviting hot tub available for use between 8am and 10pm. Ascending an open tread staircase to the first floor, you'll discover a captivating open-plan living and dining area adorned with exposed stonework. Marvel at the panoramic views while relaxing in this stylish space, complete with modern fitted kitchen facilities, a Smart TV and CD player. The first floor also accommodates Bedroom 1, offering a king or twin bed option, TV, en-suite shower room, and bunk beds tailored exclusively for children under 8 years old (prior request required). Bedroom 2 features a king or twin bed configuration with an en-suite shower room. Take a leisurely stroll to the cobbled courtyard to arrive at the Indoor Heated Swimming pool. We understand that your furry companions are part of the family, which is why we happily accept dogs at our Barn. Please note that while we make every effort to accurately depict our properties through descriptions and images, slight variations may exist as we continually strive to enhance and update our facilities. Other things to note Bed Linen, A Bath sheets and hand towel are provided per person. Please bring pool/hot tub towels. How the Swimming Pool Works Each of our 9 properties can book one private one-hour swim session per day, available to book exactly 24 hours in advance (e.g. 16:30 Friday can be booked from 16:30 Thursday). If a session is not booked, it remains unavailable—we do not offer shared or drop-in sessions. The pool is for private use only by advance booking. Second sessions are not available.
