Villa Les Ponceaux, close to Provins and Aérosphalte

IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO ORGANIZE PARTIES OR ANY OTHER EVENT IN THE VILLA This house is located 500 m from the small village of Beton-Bazoches. It is close to Provins (18 km), the Aérosphalte de la Ferté-Gaucher circuit (10 km) and Disneyland Paris (47 km). It's ideal for couples, business travelers, or families. It has secure parking, a beautiful equipped terrace and a garden with trees. The house is not wheelchair accessible. The space The house is large. Currently it has 6 beds + a wooden baby bed (3 out of 5 bedrooms are operational). The kitchen and the bathroom are functional and fully equipped but have not yet been renovated! This is a family home, and it is with your help, fellow travelers, that it is evolving with the goal of being able to make the entire house available to you! Guest access Guests have access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, the number of bedrooms corresponding to their request (the other bedrooms are closed), and the bathroom. Outside they have access to the parking lot, terrace and park. The terrace has a very nice garden table with parasols and armchairs. There's also a BBQ available. The garden is enclosed and the children are safe there. Other things to note ABOVE ALL, if you arrive in the evening, you must plan to bring something for dinner! Also be careful about cigarettes!
