IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO HOST OF THE EVENINGS OR ANY OTHER EVENT IN THE VILLA This house is located in 500 m from the small village of Beton-Bazoches. It is close to Provins (18 km), the Aérosphalte de la Ferté-Gaucher circuit (10 km) and Disneyland Paris (47 km). It is ideal for couples, business travelers or families. It has secure parking, a beautiful equipped terrace and a wooded garden. The house is not wheel-chair accessible. The space The house is big. Currently it has 6 beds + a wooden baby cot (3 out of 5 bedrooms are operational). The kitchen and the bathroom are functional and fully equipped but have not yet been renovated! This is a family home and it is with your help guest friends that it evolves with the goal of being able to make the whole house available to you! Guest access guests have access to kitchen, dining rooms, number of bedrooms on their request (other bedrooms are closed), bathroom. Outside they have access to parking, terrace and park. The terrace has a beautiful garden table with umbrellas and armchairs. There is also a barbecue at your disposal. The garden is enclosed and the children are safe.
