This modern and cozy loft is ideal to spend a pleasant stay in Rapallo and in comfort! The space CASA EMY is an apartment of 120 sqm plus 60 sqm of terrace . It has a double bedroom , a twin bedroom with single beds and a baby crib and a double sofa bed in the living room , suitable to accommodate both a large family or couples of friends . The apartment is located on the fifth and penultimate floor, in Via San Girolamo Emiliani 14 It is therefore in a very quiet location but at the same time very close to the train station and bus station and the promenade of Rapallo. A few steps from the house there are excellent restaurants, bars, bakeries, ice cream parlors, various supermarket and various stores where you can find everything you need. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary to make our guests feel at home: ★ In the KITCHEN you will find all the appliances and the necessary to cook just like at home: NESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINE and CAPSULE, TOAST, BOILER, MICROWAVE OVEN, FULL KITCHEN, REFRIGERATOR, OVEN, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery etc.. ★ There is also a DISHWASHER! ★ The LARGE TERRACE has two comfortable chairs and a table for 6 people to spend pleasant evenings. ★ The comfortable SOFA allows you to enjoy the deserved rest after the walks and new SMART TV are present in all rooms ★ The BEDROOMS are spacious, the beds have comfortable mattresses for a restful and pleasant sleep. The exterior shutters allow you to darken the entire room to sleep undisturbed by light. ★ Spacious WARDROBES provide plenty of room to hang clothes and keep luggage. The large full-height MIRROR allows you to comfortably get ready to explore Rapallo. ★The BATHROOM is modern, newly renovated and scrupulously clean. ★BATHROOM PRODUCTS and HAIRDRYER as well as TOWELS, LINEN AND COVERS are included. ★WASHING MACHINE, drying rack, iron and ironing board are available, so you can do your laundry comfortably even when you are traveling. ★The apartment has FAST AND UNLIMITED WI-FI INTERNET CONNECTION to stay connected even during your stay in Rapallo. ★ 4 powerful AIR CONDITIONERS, one in the living area and two in the bedroom, to not suffer the heat during the summer. ★ CONDOMINIUM HEATING in winter is very pleasant after spending the day walking through the streets of Rapallo. UMBRELLAS are available in the apartment in case of rain. ★ Before your arrival I will send you the WELCOME GUIDE: it is full of tips on where to eat, drink and shop, as well as practical information on how to get to the apartment and make the most of your stay in Rapallo. :-) ★ PRIVATE GARAGE ( mt 2.2 x mt 5.6 x h mt 2.2 ) included in the price which is located in the same building. Let us know your plans in advance, if you arrive earlier we will try to welcome you as soon as you arrive in Rapallo. → CHECK-OUT is until 11am: if you want to leave later, let us know in advance and we will try to find a solution. → The TOURIST TAX is 2,50 € per person per day (max 10 days), to be paid in cash upon arrival. Other things to note - During check-in we will ask you to show us your identity card/passport to declare your presence to the police, as required by law. We will also collect the CITY TAX of 2,50 € per day per person (max. 10 days). - CHECK-IN is from 3 p.m. CHECK-OUT is by 11 a.m., but if you contact us in advance and let us know your plans we can be flexible. - We try to be flexible and meet the needs of our guests as much as possible, but we do not live in the same building.
