This modern and cozy loft is ideal to spend a pleasant stay in Rapallo and in comfort! The space CASA EMY is an apartment of 120 sqm plus 60 sqm of terrace . It has a double bedroom , a twin bedroom with single beds and a baby crib and a double sofa bed in the living room , suitable to accommodate both a large family or couples of friends . The apartment is located on the fifth and penultimate floor, in Via San Girolamo Emiliani 14 It is therefore in a very quiet location but at the same time very close to the train station and bus station and the promenade of Rapallo. A few steps from the house there are excellent restaurants, bars, bakeries, ice cream parlors, various supermarket and various stores where you can find everything you need. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary to make our guests feel at home: ★ In the KITCHEN you will find all the appliances and the necessary to cook just like at home: NESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINE and CAPSULE, TOAST, BOILER, MICROWAVE OVEN, FULL KITCHEN, REFRIGERATOR, OVEN, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery etc.. ★ There is also a DISHWASHER! ★ The LARGE TERRACE has two comfortable chairs and a table for 6 people to spend pleasant evenings. ★ The comfortable SOFA allows you to enjoy the deserved rest after the walks and new SMART TV are present in all rooms ★ The BEDROOMS are spacious, the beds have comfortable mattresses for a restful and pleasant sleep.
