The apartment is new and modern and gives you relaxing holiday. It is located in a quiet location on the edge of a residential area with Homes, close to the Jasmund National Park. The approximately 60 square meter apartment is on two floors Attic of our semi-detached house. It has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 1.80 m wide Double bed, the second bedroom are two separate Beds. The living room has a comfortable couch with armchairs and a flat-screen TV with digital Satellite TV. From here you get to the south-east facing Balcony. A wireless internet connection is available. The bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet. In the kitchen, a dining table with four seats, fridge with freezer, Dishwasher, microwave with grill and convection, a two plates induction hob, Coffee maker, kettle and toaster, also enough dishes and whatever else is still needed for self catering. In the spacious grounds is a parking lot for your car available. A cot and high chair can be provided upon request (fee each 6 €). No pets Non smoking apartment All prices incl.
