Riverfront Studio Private Farmhouse Retreat

With the winter season just settling in, what better place to be then nestled among trees enjoying a private nature retreat (with a snowfall, if we're lucky!)? Tucked into the woods in a private, gated setting, is the Y's Acres guest studio. It is located on the ground floor (with its own entrance) of a 3,800 sq ft home on a secluded 40-acre parcel with direct, private access to the Clackamas River. Our studio is a great weekend getaway for anyone who wants to get a taste of country living! The space We're a warm and friendly bunch that will do everything in our power to help you enjoy your stay in Oregon's beautiful outdoors! The Cozy Studio: Nearly 500 sq feet - new queen bed and adjacent sofa bed (double). Two private entrances and available parking space for 1 car (More parking available upon request) Kitchen: Brand new stove & oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot (with fresh coffee of course!), dish set and cooking utensils provided for those that love to cook! Cozy electric fireplace ready to keep you warm! Tips (from past guests) to help you have a great experience here: 1. Bring slippers or extra cozy socks, unfortunately, there is no carpet in the studio and the stone floors can be cold! 2. Remember your host is here to help, so if you ever need anything (extra blankets, more towels, appliances, etc) please ask during your stay! Don’t wait till your stay ends - I’m here to make your visit the best it can be! :) Guest access - Full Kitchen (stove is not currently available for use) - Wifi and flat screen 55” TV with cable - We have Direct TV's NFL Sunday Ticket! Every game, every Sunday! (And of course all your NBA, MLB, and NFL games during the week too!) - We have a Verizon cell booster on the property for seamless Verizon cell phone access; other cell providers do not have great cell phone access here so please plan to use wifi calling to make calls on the property. - Please note: we have satellite internet that does NOT support gaming, please don't plan to bring any gaming consoles - Trampoline (for kids!) - Private riverside fishing area - featured on Angler West TV, pictures included and video can be viewed on YouTube! (fishing gear not provided) - River raft (based on host availability, ask your host prior to booking!) & life jackets for summertime visitors to enjoy a float down the river - Ponies on sight to visit, pet and enjoy - Red Heeler and Blue Heeler pups sometimes like to come out and play, they are both very friendly, throw them sticks and play with them if you'd like (at your own risk). - German shepherd pups are new additions to the family, they love to socialize too, you might see them around, their bark is loud but they are well trained and friendly. Just ask before petting. Thanks! - Walking trails around the property - 1 car only (please reach out to your host if you need to bring more cars!) - Lattes ($3.00) and Americanos ($2.00) available for delivery (based on host availability) just shoot her a message! Other things to note - Friendly hosts! - You can expect quiet hours from 12pm to 7am on Weekends (Fri/Sat), and 10pm to 6am during the week (S-TH) remember this apartment is on the ground floor of a home with full-time residents! We’re early risers, and we try our best to be quiet, but please be flexible. :) Thank you in advance! - Our home was built back in 1994, though our appliances aren't new, everything is clean!
