If there are more guests staying over night,we will charge you $30 per guests. 2 lights and AC/HEATING To be turned OFF when away. 3 No eating meals in the bedroom.Snacks/munchies are OK 4 If you need earlier check in or later check out than require time,and the place is available to do so,please ask ahead of time. Fee will also be applied as $8/hour. 5 No smoking No drugs in the house.Alcohol is OK 6 Unreturned or lost house keys will be charged a $25 replacement fee.
