Ensuite Very Spacious Loft Room

A very airy, spacious and homely bedroom with an ensuite shower room. The room is located on the top floor and so feels very separated from the rest of the house giving you plenty of privacy. Located in the beautiful and historic town of East Grinstead, which is located approximately 9 miles from Gatwick Airport. The space The room consists of a king size bed suitable for two adults, we can also provide an additional double or single floor bed. The room is located in the loft space and is very spacious and relaxing and feels quite separated from the rest of the house. The door to the bedroom is at the bottom of the staircase. There is a modern ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Additionally tea and coffee making facilities will be provided in the bedroom. Our house is located centrally in East Grinstead on a quiet estate and the town centre is only a 5-10 minute walk away. East Grinstead offers plenty of history and quirky shops and cafes for you to enjoy. We are located 1 mile from the Queen Victoria hospital and are located only moments from the Avenue Verte cycle path. We have secure garage space if you wish to store your bike during your stay. East Grinstead is also situated on the outskirts of the Ashdown Forest, the home of Winnie the Pooh including Cotchford farm (where AA Milne lived), pooh sticks bridge and the other attractions from the novel. Guest access Your room is private and for you to enjoy and can come and go as you please. You are welcome to use the kitchen to cook and prepare using your own food. Space in the fridge is provided if you wish to store some food items. You are also welcome to relax in our garden. During your stay I (Marie) arrange the bookings, however it is my mum and dad (Elaine and Paul) who will be in the house most of the time. We are all happy to answer any questions and chat with you as much or as little as you like. Other things to note We have a little dog (Zak) who is sometimes a little barky when welcoming new people.
