OUR HOUSE IN THE TOWN

A cosy apartment in a lovely small house with perfect location at the heart of the town and amazing view to the historical Gurko street houses, having all what a town visitor or a business traveler may need. The house is on a quiet street in the town center just a few minute walk from the main town street, the historical Gurko Street, the traditional craft street Samovodska Charshija and many other places of interest. Restaurants, cafes and nightlife are within a very short walking distance. The space The place is a wonderful typical VelikoTarnovo house, with big windows and lots of light, fully renovated and refurbished. Its living area is spread on two floors. On the first floor there is an open plan living room with kitchen and on the second floor there is a bedroom and an en suite bathroom. There is a shaded, small, shared yard with a coffee table and chairs by the entrance of the house where you can relax or have your coffee or tea. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge, stove,oven, extractor, dishwasher and a washing machine with dryer, a microwave and a kettle. There is a sofa bed in the living room which can turn into a double bed, but please, have in mind that this will take some of the space and the comfort of the room and that the bathroom of the house is en suite to the bedroom on the second floor. Both floors are connected with internal stairs. There is a big double comfortable bed in the cosy bedroom. The room is furnished with all you need, decorated in natural, light colours. There is a dressing table with a mirror, which can also be used as a working space. The bathroom is en suite to the bedroom. All the bedding, towels and bathroom utilities are provided. All the place is airconditioned. Guest access Our house is part of a larger building but has its own private entrance.The place is on a quiet street in the town center so the parking is usually not a problem. The fully equipped kitchen provides also all crockery and cutlery. Coffee and tea as well as salt, pepper, oil and vinegar are always at your disposal. To enhance your stay dishwasher and washing machine capsules are provided. Other things to note Тhe house is on a quiet street, so parking is usually not a problem in the area. Please do not smoke in the house but make use of the small yard. Please consider others by not making noise on the stairwell.
