Little Croft, sleeps 2 adults +2 children – Double & small bunks. Little Croft is bigger than it sounds, with it’s bright & spacious lounge looking out over the grounds, you are sure to see a Squirrel or two… Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. EV charger on site, 7kW PAYG. The space Large Kitchen-Diner for sociable cooking overlooking sunny courtyard. Leading into a spacious Living Room overlooking the patio space with BBQ and seating. Beyond the patio is the woodland area, and a play area and dog-walking paddock. Back in the cottage, the hallway, with space for shoes & coats, leads onto the bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The bathroom boasts a deep bath, with over bath shower. The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe & drawers, space for a cot should you need it. The bunk room is small, with purpose built bunks, measuring 2ft 3 x 5ft 4in (68.5 x 162.5cms). Best suited to children under 5ft 3. The cottage has a light airy feel, and is blessed to be among the trees, meaning you get a good view of the woodland wildlife. Guest access There is a shared parking area, and then a shared courtyard to the main entrance. The cottage is self-contained, with it's own private garden space. Whilst this space is not contained, there are 2 enclosed dog-walking paddocks. Other things to note Little Croft is one of 5 cottages at Croft Farm Holiday Cottages: sleeping between 2 to 6 people; Little Croft, Croft Cottage, Beech Croft, Hazel Croft and Pine Croft are attractively set in just under four acres of mature gardens and woodland on the outskirts of the village of Goonhavern. Dog-walking paddocks are for shared use. Excellent location to explore everything that Cornwall has to offer: 5 dog friendly cottages, sleeping 2-6, just 2 miles from Perranporth’s expansive golden beach. We are very lucky to be placed on a fantastic stretch of coastline, situated between Newquay and Perranporth, with all the wonderful beaches that we have to offer in between: Perranporth, Holywell, Crantock, Fistral Bay, Lusty Glaze, Porth, Watergate, the list goes on… Most of the local beaches are dog friendly, and you will find our towns very welcoming. With Perranporth and its beautiful golden sands less than a ten minute drive away, Croft Farm is just off the A30, making everywhere so accessible. Equally 15 minutes from Newquay, and 15 minutes from Truro, both with their fantastic range of shops, cafes & restaurants.
