Captain’s Quarters with sea view! Dog friendly!

This ground floor apartment with panoramic sea views is something we all need to experience. It’s set upon a nature reserve called blackberry hills/ Harton Downhill and overlooks The Leas which is a national trust beauty spot. Ideal for walkers, nature lovers, bird watchers, photographers, artists or simply anyone who wants a great coastal stay. With endless coastline all accessible within walking distance. High speed Wi-Fi. there’s something for everyone. A very family and dog friendly town. The space You will enter via the front entrance into the open plan living area where there’s a large seating area with a large sofa and cuddle chair. A full fitted kitchen with all you would need to cook, a cosy ship theme nook to enjoy food and drinks and a breakfast bar. A foldable single Z-Bed is available on request for a third guest which can be set up in the living room. There is a door leading to the bathroom where there’s a toilet, sink and large shower cubicle. A further door leads to a double bedroom with a Chaise Lounge that is almost like a single bed suitable for a small child under the age of 10. Guest access You have access to the whole apartment via the front access. You have sole use of the front garden, occasionally we may tend to the wildflowers at the bottom of the garden in the boat, but will always try to do this while you’re out. No BBQ’s allowed. Other things to note This is a dog friendly apartment so that you can enjoy miles and miles of coastal walks. Most bars and restaurants in the area are all dog friendly. There is a dog fee of £10 per night per dog which is payable upon check out. A doggy box is provided, just please let us know if your bringing a dog on your travels before check in. A single foldable Z-Bed is available on request for a third adult guest which can be set up in the living room. Please be respectful to our home and neighbours. We are very much dog lovers but please only bring your dogs if they are well behaved and house trained, please no excessive barking. We have a nice front garden which guest enjoy the views in, if at all possible could you try to not let your dogs defacate in the garden, and if this happens please clean it up thank you. Dogs are not to be left unattended in the apartment for any period of time. Dogs can get stressed in unknown surroundings when left and can behave out of character and become destructive. No smoking 🚭 is allowed on the property, if you do smoke or vape, please stand past the gate at the front. My mum lives upstairs and has lung problems, Please don’t allow any smoke to go into her upstairs windows thank you. Thank you.
