Only minutes away from being on the green! Soak in the hot tub while watching a movie or watch in your room. Home theater has popcorn available as well. Enjoy the outdoor kitchen. A variety of games offered w/your stay. No alcohol/smoking/vaping/drugs on premises. Hostess lives in house but is gone alot. Not suitable for children under the age of 12. The space All bedrooms come with TV (inc. Netflix, Amazon and more) remote controlled ceiling fan to provide a comfortable stay. Extra plug-ins and USB ports are provided as well. Large movie room, with popcorn maker, microwave, refrigerator and snacks are included in your stay. There are 1.5 bathrooms, two dining areas, a family room and living room. Large kitchen fully equipped or use the outdoor grill/stove top. Full size laundry room available as well. PLEASE, NO EXCESSIVE ALCOHOL/ZERO SMOKING/ZERO VAPING/ZERO DRUGS ON PREMISES. There is an HOA Quiet Time from 10 pm to 8 am for outdoor activities. THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION. Guest access The whole house except for bedrooms they have not reserved, downstairs office or garage (other than to dispose of garbage). During your stay Depending on the date of your stay, I may or may not be here during your visit. A folder, with local events/information is in your room and I am available to assist you with any recommendations you might need. Other things to note All guests between the ages of 12 and 17 must be accompanied by a parent. During the spring - fall months, lawn and fertilization crew will be outside to maintain the grounds (usually Thursday/Friday ) Thank you for your understanding as they all work hard to provide a positive environment for guests. For the protection of my guests and my home, I have a number of security cameras, that record events, throughout the exterior perimeter of the home. Their locations are: Front porch Driveway Right side of house Left side of house Back porch Left side of backyard (x2) No cameras can see the hot tub area at all. Garage (Guests are not allowed in garage). No cameras are located inside the home nor are they pointed towards the hot tub area at all.
