Our charming barn conversion on the edge of attractive Churchill village offers a stunning country view and is a perfect base to explore the Cotswold's unique Outstanding Natural Beauty. The space The barn consists of two spacious bedrooms, family bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining area with a fantastic living area offering stunning views to soak up. Local highlights are: - Daylesford, the award winning organic farm shop & cafe - The Chequers of Churchill Pub, 2 minutes walk away. - Bourton-on-the Water village - The renowned medieval market town of Burford with its Cotswold Wild Life - Park and Burford Garden Centre - Stow-on-the wold - Chipping Norton - Soho Farmhouse - Blenheim palace - Diddly Squat Farm Shop by Jeremy Clarkson - The Wild Rabbit, the PUB OF THE YEAR in the 2015 edition of the Michelin Eating Out in Pubs Guide - Kingham Village and many more beautiful Cotswold villages to explore. - Oxford city and Cheltenham are also a short drive away - Bicester village - Batsford Arboretum and Garden Centre - Chastleton house (National Trust) Bed sizes and configurations Bedroom 1: 1 king size bed (5ft) Bedroom 2: 2 sigle beds (standard setting) **Please note** - The nightly rate shown is for up to 4 guests. - We can accommodate an additional guest (for a group of 5 people) by setting up a trundle bed in the second bedroom. This will make a large double bed (6ft) and a single, or we can also make 3 single beds in this room. Please clarify how you would like the second bedroom to be set upon booking. - Extra fee of £25 applies per night/per person for an additional guest. COVID-19 related ** Due to the enhanced cleaning protocol we adhere to, we are sorry that we cannot accommodate the late check-out or early check-in currently. This is to ensure that the cleaners have enough time to complete all the tasks properly to make the space as safe as it can be for all our guests. We kindly ask guests to check-out on time at 10am and check-in no earlier than 4pm (unless it is agreed in advance). Additional fee may apply for a late check-out. ** Minimum requirement for Christmas : 3 nights booking and must include 24-26 nights. New Years Eve : 2 nights minimum This is due to holiday seasons and it would be lovely to give our cleaning staff a well deserved break to celebrate their time with friends and families.
