My place is close to family-friendly activities and public transport. The full bathroom is adjacent and shared. Quiet time between 9 Pm until 9 AM Loundry is free. Samsung washer and dryer. Detergent and softner are provided free of charge. To avoid the noise disturbance to other guests, guest has a 4 hour access per week between 5-9 PM. Important! Guest must keep the room clean all the times and must leave clean the private bathroom, the shared bathroom and all oher shared facilities as soon as she finished using. Owner provide all cleanning materials and a vacuum cleaner.
