House with pool, hot tub and 4500 ft to the sea

Modern house for 10 people with large wooden deck, heated pool (summertime), ping pong table and hot tub. The space Modern house of 108 sqm with - three bedrooms (one with double bed and two with bunk beds), - large living room with dining area, TV corner with two sofa beds (beds for a total of four people) - fully equipped kitchen, - bathroom with shower, washer and dryer, and - Toilet For an additional fee, access to the annex with two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed (i.e. a total of four people) can be obtained, see under "EXTRA SERVICES" below. Large wooden deck in the southwest with pool, sun loungers, ping pong table, outdoor kitchen, lounge group and two dining areas, one of which is under a pergola with a sail roof. The pool is running and heated from June to August and, if the weather allows, also at the end of May and at the beginning of September. Other facilities on the wooden deck may, due to weather conditions, be limited during autumn, winter and spring. The hot tub is available all year round. The house is in a residential neighborhood and the noise level must be adjusted accordingly, which also applies during the day. It is not permitted to have a party in the house, which applies even if it is only the tenants themselves. It is also not permitted to allow people other than those who are tenants to stay in the house or on the property. ADDITIONAL SERVICES Annex with two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm), can be rented for a surcharge upon special request, however, a maximum of ten tenants regardless. For the rooms in the annex, SEK 750 per day will be added for each room, i.e. SEK 1,500 per day for both rooms. Bed sheets and towels are not included in the price, but can be rented. - Sheets and large and small towel: SEK 250 per person - Sheets only: SEK 200 - Towels only: 100 SEK - Pool towel and sun lounger towel with pocket (to put on the back of the sun lounger): SEK 100 - Pool towel only: SEK 75 - Sun lounger towel only: SEK 75 Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out by 11 am. Upon special request, there may be the possibility of earlier check-in and later check-out for a surcharge per hour of 5% of the daily rate for the current number of guests. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house.
