Newly built apartment in the countryside in 2018. Central and very quiet location near the Rhine-Main-Neckar region, just a 10-minute drive to the highway and Heppenheim train station. Directly from our apartment, the forest edge location of the Odenwald is perfect for cycling or hiking tours. Enjoy excursions to the beautiful mountain road and we also welcome business travelers. In 2023, we completely renovated the living space. The space Modern, cozy, quiet and with fantastic views of the Odenwald and the directly adjacent fields. 2 separate beds and a free baby cot offer sleeping comfort for fitters, business travelers and those seeking peace and quiet. Our modern kitchenette is fully equipped and has a refrigerator with freezer compartment as well as an oven, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. The modern bathroom with rain shower and floor-level shower leaves nothing to be desired. Guest access Our apartment is separate from our residential building on our courtyard property and offers its own entrance with covered parking space for cars/vans & bikes, etc. Thanks to the key safe, a contactless 24-hour check-in is possible on request. Other things to note Our apartment is located on our forestry property. Therefore, especially in the summer months, the noise of our machines arriving and departing is to be expected on workdays from 7 am to 8 pm.
