Nags Head Soundside location on the Outer Banks

Beautiful home and great location on historical Soundside Road in Nags Head. 200 yards from the sound & Jockeys Ridge State Park. The shallow calmer water & sandy beach is ideal people who enjoy Kite Boarding, kayaking, SUP/ing and windboarding. The space Your area would be the top two floors of three. A large fully equipped eat in kitchen, dining room, a Great Room and half bath are on the top floor with beautiful views from the 2 decks! Great for morning coffee and sunset drinks.The middle floor has 2 bedrooms (with a queen bed in each) with a connecting bath. Great for 4 people. We (my husband and I) will occupy the bottom floor apartment. We are quiet and not there most of the time. The sound beach and Jockeys Ridge State Park is 200 yards away where you can swim, kite board, hang glide, kayak, hike and take in the breathtaking sunset views from the atop of the largest natural sand dune on the East Coast. Great restaurants are close by. I will leave you a list of a few of our favorites and of coure our favorite beaches and other area recommendations as well. Guest access WiFi Towels and linens provided. Beach chairs , beach towels, and a small cooler available for your use. use of the garage for storing kite boards or bikes upon request. Early check-ins are SOMETIMES available. Lots of steps may not be suitable for very young children or the elderly.. Other things to note This is our primary home. We want you to have fun but PLEASE, please be respectful . Please ask any questions you might have to make sure you are "5 star" happy with the house, location and facilities, house rules, etc.. We usually are not on site but occasionally stay in the downstairs apartment (separate entrance) . We are available by phone throughout your stay.
