Rias apartment - Dog allowed by arrangement

Our vacation home The apartment has a total area of 80 square meters and is accessible via its own access via a 10 square meter terrace (south side accessible). We attach importance to the fact that smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Cleaning costs for dogs are to be paid on the day of arrival. Damages must be replaced by the dog owner. Distance: - A61 approx. 5 km - Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler approx. 12 km - Niederzissen about 5 km - Sinzig approx. 10 km - Nürburgring approx. 30 km - Lake Laach (Maria Laach) approx. 25 km - Andernach approx. 25 km The space The apartment, furnished with love, is on the ground floor. After a long day with countless impressions of the beautiful Ahr valley, you can relax in the large living room on our couch with a sleeping function 140 × 200 with a book or a good movie or share your experiences with friends via the Internet. The kitchen is fully equipped. From ceramic hob to microwave, coffee maker to dishwasher, everything is available. Guest access The adjacent meadow, garden is closed with a fence. Here you can sunbathe undisturbed and let your dog run free. If you want to bring a dog, please ask me first. The dog should be housebroken and not damage doors or furniture. For the dog, a cleaning fee of €7/night is due. For long-term vacations, we can agree on a one-time fixed price. Other things to note The apartment is located south and with its good transport connections forms the optimal mix between nighttime peace and proximity to the sights. It is an oasis of well-being in which up to four guests can leave everyday life behind.
