Maintained and restored over the years, it now serves as a listed business and residential building. Super centrally located in Bad Laasphe directly on the B62 and the old town, the apartment offers a lot of comfort. The apartment has its own entrance and is located on the second floor. Access is via a metal spiral staircase. The space A fully equipped kitchen with large refrigerator with (**)*** freezer compartment, convection oven, glass cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and dishwasher is available. The bedroom has a double bed with 2 separate mattresses each 90*200, wardrobe, hangers and mirrors. USB chargers for smartphones are integrated in the bedside lamps. The study is furnished with a desk, office chair and a large armchair, where you can work. The living room consists of a couch and a dining area. The TV is mounted so it can swivel and can be seen well from the couch or the dining table. There is also a FM and digital radio. The 82 cm TV is a smart TV, so guests can bring their own pay TV. Of course, YouTube or Internet services can also be used. In the bathroom there is a toilet, urinal, sink and a large shower. A hairdryer is also provided. Furthermore, you will find an infrared heat cabin in the apartment. Depending on the shoulder width, it can accommodate up to 2 people. (about 1.2 m wide) Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. The house connection has about 250 Mbit. For bicycles, a fenced area is available as a storage area. E-mobility: E-bikes can be charged free of charge. For electric cars, a wallbox with a maximum charging capacity of 11 kW is available at cost. Public charging stations can be found about 300 m away. Due to the central location on the B62, traffic is audible, but the apartment is insulated and provided with soundproof glazing. We provide earplugs for the night.
