The building’s common areas include a refreshing swimming pool and a fun children's play area for added enjoyment. Guest access This building has many perks, one of them being its centric location, almost everything you need is literally just a few steps away. However, if you need to go further the bus station and train station are nearby as well, if you prefer to drive this apartment also come with parking for your convenience. Other things to note Electricity Usage The rental rate includes a $100 electricity allowance per month (approximately $3.33 per day). Electricity costs in Panama can increase significantly with continuous use of air conditioning. Guests are kindly asked to turn off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment. To ensure transparency, a photo of the electricity meter will be taken at check-in and again before check-out to calculate total consumption in kWh. If usage exceeds the included allowance, guests will be responsible for the additional cost. In that case, a payment request will be sent through Airbnb for the excess amount. Cleaning During the Stay The apartment is professionally cleaned before each check-in. Additional cleaning services during your stay can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. Non-Smoking Policy This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. Smoking inside the property is not allowed, and a $600 penalty will be charged for any violation. Starter Supplies To make your arrival more comfortable, a small starter supply of essentials such as soap, toilet paper, and trash bags is provided at check-in. These items are offered as a courtesy to help you settle in and are not intended to last for the entire duration of the stay.
