Luxury in the henhouse
Description
Delightful little guest house on the protected Skuldelev Ås with direct view of Roskilde Fjord. The space The former chicken house of the Fjordgården has been completely renovated in good materials and is now a small luxury retreat. Externally, the house appears authentic with a thatched roof and whitewashed walls. Inside, the walls are partly made of the old bricks and partly covered with veneer. The floor is a Dinesen plank floor. From the good bed, there is a direct view of the fjord. A loft provides sleeping space for children. The house has its own nice bathroom. Outside the house, one of the farm's many terraces is nestled in a recess in the ridge. If you're lucky, you'll see the sea eagle glide by above and the Viking ship Havhingsten sail by below you on the water. Guest access You are free to use the large natural area, including a campfire area with wonderful views of bird life on Roskilde Fjord. For those who like to play, there is a beach volleyball court. Other things to note The henhouse does not have its own kitchen. We are happy to make breakfast and dinner (both for an extra fee) and serve in the orangery. If you want to cook yourself, there is free access to the fireplace/outdoor kitchen.
